I am looking forward to visiting them . I made equities for a young goat and they gave me additional available options and it’s very useful to get an insight in advance especially as I’ll be traveling three hours to get there .

We bought 2 veel calf today and after cutting the pieces, we only got one head, liver & lungs from one cow. The other one was missing!! The meat seemed to be from 2 cows but we ended up getting only the head, lungs & liver from 1 cow..We have been there previously but this is the first time something like this happened!! Disappointed. I hope they take extra care in serving the customers.

They delivered the missing pieces to us and that really proves that they take complaints seriously and make every effort to earn customer satisfaction. Kudos.
