I have to say the farm improved the Eid process this year from last year and everything ran so smooth, we were extremely satisfied and grateful, hopefully next year we will repeat Inshallah! We bought 2 veel calf today and after cutting the pieces, we only got one head, liver & lungs from one cow. The other one was missing!! The meat seemed to be from 2 cows but we ended up getting only the head, lungs & liver from 1 cow..We have been there previously but this is the first time something like this happened!! Disappointed. I hope they take extra care in serving the customers.

Update: They took the issue seriously and responded to us. They delivered the missing pieces to us and that really proves that they take complaints seriously and make every effort to earn customer satisfaction. Kudos.
